Garden of Lineage
A visual story created for a grandparents’ bedroom, this mural brings together family, memory and the quiet rituals of everyday life. Inspired by the Tree of Life, its branching form becomes a framework for a flourishing landscape, with the couple’s three grandchildren woven into the composition as part of the family story.
The mural extends the existing chintz upholstery pattern into the wall, allowing textile and artwork to flow into one continuous visual language. Hand embroidery adds subtle dimension and tactility, while a softly textured wallpaper base and muted palette create a sense of warmth, softness and familiarity.
