Aagamdhara
One of our most visually dense mural designs, Aagamdhara is a contemporary interpretation of Jain philosophy and its rich visual vocabulary, created for a temple space within a family home in Delhi.
Developed through months of research and a Jain scholar on-board, the mural brings together stories, symbols and iconography drawn from Jain philosophy, interpreted through the language of Pichwai. The artwork is digitally hand-illustrated, printed and finished by hand with delicate gold detailing. Installed as a wallpaper and framed with custom wooden beading, it brings the character of a painting into the architecture.

The installation was done with paste to wall method and a wooden beading was added to give a framed painting look to the mural.
